It is worth noting that before closing the box, the machine will first bend the tongue of the carton, and then a push plate pushes the box cover to bend, so that the tongue is inserted into the box and the lock is fastened. The action of the cover box is a very critical action, and its completion has a lot to do with the structure of the carton and the accuracy of the machine adjustment. Otherwise, if the cover box action is not in place, it will directly affect the boxing effect.

Finally, when the food and instructions are accurately pushed into the box, the carton will continue to move forward driven by the box chain. After that, through the batch numbering device, the steel characters are marked and then enter the cover box process. It should be noted that a "problem product" removal device is installed on the export conveyor belt, which can remove all the products that have problems detected in the previous food box, unboxing, filling and other processes, so as to better ensure that the food packaging box meets the requirements.
